A high-efficient power supply unit, intelligent design and white LED cut power and can deliver up to 55% less typical energy consumption versus comparable Dell widescreen monitors.
  • Ambient Light Sensor adjusts brightness to minimize power use, help increase user comfort.
  • Dynamic Dimming is designed to automatically decrease brightness when an image contains a high proportion of bright areas.
  • PowerNap can dim the monitor to minimum brightness level, or put it into Sleep mode, depending on which option the user prefers.
  • All of the above features can be turned on or off through the Dell Client ManagerTM


Slim, Elegant and Environmentally Conscious

To help reduce waste related to production and transportation, the G2210 and its compact packaging was designed to be exceedingly slim and light. It’s so slim that up to 25% more units fit in each shipping container and it weighs up to 28% less than previous comparable Dell widescreen monitors3.
  • It uses recycled plastic in its chassis and packaging and environmentally preferable materials in many components.
  • External chassis uses more than 25% post-consumer recycled materials
  • Arsenic-free glass and mercury-free LED backlight
  • Monitor and cables are PVC/BFR/CFR-free
  • No expanded polystyrene foam in packaging, instead Dell utilizes highly recyclable corrugated cardboard.
